Ecotrack Wax Arena  starting with 1.35 and moving down in heights - if arena is full the lower levels will take place in the Mountainside Arena

THe graded and recreational classes will be combined to jump first and the recreational

• Entries will be accepted on a "first come, first served" basis -

• The organisers reserve the right to cancel and/or alter the programme should they deem it necessary.

• Competitors are required to be correctly dressed

VERY IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

1. All Graded classes will be run under FEI Jumping Rules.
2. Telephonic, emailed, faxed, incorrect, unsigned and/or entries unaccompanied by the correct payment will not be accepted. All entries must be done on the SASJ Online System – www.sashowjumping.co.za
3. NO DOGS PLEASE !

4. Catering will be available.

5. Substitutions must be handed into the judges box no later than half an hour before the start of each class and must be filled in on the correct SASJ substitution form or emailed to charlene.josten@vodamail.co.za up until Friday afternoon before the event

6. SALE OF ENTRIES: These must be completed on the correct form, signed by both purchaser and seller, and received by email by 12 noon the day before the show. Entries bought must be emailed to mapleridge@telkomsa.net or charlene.josten@vodamail.co.za as per SASJ rules and filled in on the relevant document where buyer and seller signs

7. The organisers reserve the right to cancel and/or alter the programme should they deem it necessary.

8  Any entries not deleted by yourself at closing date means you have committed to the show and you are responsible for that entry fee. SASJ does not allow deletions after closing date by the rider or the venue. System is locked at closing date for deletions. 50% of the entry fee gets calculated by what is on the system for prize money and all levies are payable to SASJ - so please be very aware of closing date if you are intending to remove your entry.

9.   Spreads of oxers are usually +20cm wider than height of fences advertised.

• Please note that all classes could be run as a handicap competition if there are 15 or fewer entries in any one of the heights – if there are more than 15 entries in any of the sections of a competition, the sections will be run as separate competitions.

• Class heights may also be handicapped should there be less than 15 competitors in a height

9. PROTESTS & OBJECTIONS
All complaints and protests be valid must be made in writing and accompanied by a deposit of R400

Neither MAPLE RIDGE EQUESTRIAN FARM, SASJ , SAEF, FEI, nor their representatives will be responsible for any loss, damage, theft or injury sustained by horses, riders, appointed officials, the public or their property whatsoever.

Refunds: No refund of entry fees after closing date- 80% of the entry fee will be refunded if the show is cancelled due to bad weather – these entries shall not be carried forward to another show. A R10.00 deduction per horse entered will be made on refunds if a cash deposit was made into our account to pay for entry fees.

Should a rider request an entry be cancelled before closing date - it may be refunded with a 10% admin and bank fee cost deducted

 IMPORTANT Notes regarding Recreational classes  – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

1. Recreational (Training) Classes  Entry Fee R160-00 (Rosettes only)

2. Riders do not need to be fully registered members of SASJ - You can however join the SASJ online system for no cost recreational (Training) classes - www.sashowjumping.co.za - you can email SASJ for assistance admin@sashowjumping

3. You can also email your entries to mapleridge@telkomsa.net or charlene.josten@vodamail.co.za

4. Catering will be available all day

5. Please note: Your entry fee must accompany your entry - At closing date we will have to remove unpaid entries to have confirmed paid entries only

6. Please send your pop if you are emailing entries and you are not on as a recreational rider on SASJ website

7. You can enter more than once in each height 

8. You can change heights on the day - you may also substite horse and /or rider
