NOTES:
All SAEF, FEI, SASJ, SASA and ground rules will apply. The Organizers reserve the right to cancel, combine or restrict classes should entries so warrant or according to prevailing circumstances. SAEF, SASJ, SASA nor Nottinghill Equestrian Centre, nor their representatives shall be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft, injury or death sustained by horses, riders, appointed officials, the public or their property. All mounted riders must wear hard hats.
Stabling – The allocation of stables is carried out by the organizing Committee and under no circumstances may any competitor change his/her stabling accommodation or alter the stabling list without prior consultation with, and approval of, the Stable Manager. Failure to comply could involve disqualification of the horse concerned. Competitors wishing to be stabled with others should indicate this on their entry form and the organizing committee will try to arrange this, however there is no guarantee.
Grooms Facilities –. Competitors may bring tents for their grooms. There are suitable groom’s ablution facilities at the venue.
Accommodation - There are cottages available to rent at the venue. A list of Guest Houses in the area can be found at White River/Nelspruit info

Services - A Farrier will be available on call, contact details will be in the program
Veterinary Surgeons will be available on call, contact details will be in the program
Medical Services will be in attendance.
