Please ensure that your payment receipt is sent to sdridingclub@gmal.com when you enter.  Entries without proof of payment will be discarded after the closing date and if you then want to still enter late entry fee will apply

R150 per pony/horse or NON SDRC Members

Those riders who enter the Equtation and Show Jumping Show who are not members - ONLY 1 GROUND LEVY IS APPLICABLE

•    Neither SDRC, SASJ or SAEF nor their representatives and officials will be held responsible for loss, damage, theft or injury sustained by horses , riders, grooms, appointed officials, the public or their property whatsoever
•    Riders are expected to have public liability insurance against loss, injury or damage that might be caused by their horse
•    The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, combine or change any class should it be deemed necessary
•    The Event will be run under SASJ and SAEF Regulations
•    HARD HATS ARE COMPULSORY AND TO BE WORN AT ALL TIMES WHEN MOUNTED
•    Right if Admission to SDRC Grounds is reserved
•    Competition Stallions remain the responsibility of the owner & rider at all times and they are expected to have public liability against loss, injury or damage that might be caused by the stallion.  A stallion should remain under the control of a responsible handler or rider at all times, and should not be allowed to spoil other riders enjoyment of the show.
•    The Organisers reserve the right to limit the entries on a first-come-first-served basis.
•    Dogs to be on leads PLEASE

STABLING WILL BE ALLOCATED WITH PREFERENCE TO OUT OF TOWNERS FIRST AND THEN ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS.

RIDERS CAN ONLY BOOK A STABLE THROUGH DI ARNOLD BY EMAIL AND ONLY FOR THE HORSE THEY ARE ENTERED ON

EQUITATION SHOW SCHEDULE IS ATTACHED AND WILL BE RUN ATER THE SHOW JUMPING CLASSES IN THE SAND ARENA
