Class: 2,3,6,8,9,12,13,17,22,28,29,32 R 160 (Inclusive of SASJ levies R15.00)

All classes include EDS levy R 5.13 and medical/officials levy R 50

ENTRIES WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FIRST 160 ROUNDS PER DAY = 80 horses

If entries are full, unpaid entries will be deleted.

GROOMS

Riders are requested to provide accommodation for their grooms as there are no facilities at the venue.  Please note that lighting of fires or smoking in the stable areas is strictly forbidden. Kindly inform your grooms.

Grooms ablutions and electricity outlets are available in the stable area.

During the show, all resting and waiting horses must move to the demarcated holding areas and not hang about in the warm up arenas.

Neither Sunera Equestrian estate, SASJ or SAEF nor their representatives and officials will be held responsible for loss, damage, theft or injury sustained by horses, riders, groom,  appointed officials, the public or their property whatsoever.

The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, combine or change any class should it be deemed necessary.

The Event will be run under SASJ rules and regulations

RIDING HELMETS TO BE WORN AT ALL TIMES ON SUNERA GROUNDS WHEN

MOUNTED

Competition Stallions remain the responsibility of the owners & riders at all times and they are expected to have public liability against loss, injury or damage that might be caused by the stallion. Stallions have to wear the yellow tag on their bridles and fellow competitors please be aware of this and give the stallions the space needed as to avoid any stupid accidents!!

R 600 Stabling is for the duration of the show.

Day stables available @ R250 per day
