Please register yourself and your horse/s on https://sashowjumping.co.za/ to enter our show online. If you are paying via EFT, please attach your proof of payment to your entry on checkout. Strictly NO CASH deposits into our bank account. Once we receive your entry and payment, we will email you confirmation. If you never received our confirmation email, please follow up with us, as no confirmation means no entry.
CLASS: 1,2,3,4,5,6,25,26,27,29,30,31 - R130.00
CLASS: 11, 16, 20, 24 - R210.00
All other classes - R190.00

ENTRIES WILL BE LIMITED TO THE FIRST 150 ROUNDS PER DAY = 75 horses
All entry fees MUST be paid on or before closing date of entry.
If you have entered and are no longer able to participate, please note that it is your responsibility to delete your entry BEFORE closing date. If this is not done, you will still be liable to pay the entry fees.
Thandeka Equestrian Events DOES NOT refund entries after closing date, even if you have a Dr. or Vet certificate.
You may "sell" your entry if you are unable to attend, as long as this is done prior to the program and prize money been published. This can be for a different class. Any entries that are “sold” must be approved by Thandeka Equestrian Events. Selling of entries must be done through the show organiser and NOT advertised on Facebook.
Ground Levy Per Class – R70.00
40% of entry fees less all levies
If there are 8 or more entries per class a Victor Ludorum will be awarded. With points allocated as follows based on places awarded in the class - 1st = 10, 2nd = 8, 3rd 6, 4th = 5, 5th = 4, 6th = 3, 7th = 2 & 8th = 1. If there is a tie, the VL will be award to the competitor who attains the higher place in the Championship class even if neither is placed in this class.
• Neither Thandeka Equestrian Events, Thandeka Stables and Riding School, SASJ or SAEF nor their representatives and officials will be held responsible for loss, damage, theft or injury sustained by horses, riders, grooms, appointed officials, the public or their property whatsoever.
• The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, combine or change any class should it be deemed necessary.
• The Organisers reserve the right to limit the entries on a first-come-first-served basis.
• The Event will be run under FEI, SASJ & SAEF Regulations
• HARD HATS TO BE WORN AT ALL TIMES ON GROUNDS WHEN MOUNTED
• Right of Admission to Thandeka Stables and Riding School is reserved
RECREATIONAL CLASSES will be run under the Adult and junior rules.
If Recreational classes are held on the same day as graded classes, competitors will be expected to be dressed according to graded rules.
If there are less than 5 entries in any class, they may be handicapped with another class.
• Competition stallions remain the responsibility of the owner and the rider at all times. They are expected to have public liability against loss, injury or damage that might be caused by the stallion. A stallion should remain under the control of a responsible handler or rider at all times and should not be allowed to spoil other riders enjoyment of the show.
• No dogs allowed at this venue. A fine of R200 may be imposed if this rule is not adhered to.
Horse box parking is located at the lower end of the farm. Please do not use the main entrance to the farm.
