Bought and Sold Entries will be allowed as long as the correct documentation is submitted within the correct time frames and the original rider has signed the form. There will be no buying and selling of entries after 11 April 2019. Forms received thereafter will not be accepted. 

REFUNDS:                           No Refunds will be given after closing date of entries.  Entries withdrawn before close of date will be refunded less payfast fees. However due to inclement weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, should it necessitate cancelling the show, 80% of the entry fee will be refunded.

BANK DETAILS:                  All entries to be paid for online via payfast. Unpaid entries will be automatically deleted and will not be restored should arenas be full.

ENTRY FEE:         A1.35 – 1.50m; J1.30m – 1.35m; PR 1.10 – 1.20m; CH 1.10 – 1.20m

                                R1 300 composite entry fees plus R500 starting fees for the Grand Prix classes or R450 for the CH1.10m, A1.35m, 1.40m, J1.30m & PR 1.10m championship classes

                                All other classes R1 600 composite entry fees for 4 classes

All entry fees include the following levies per class:  R60 SASJ Open Levy (Incl. 15% VAT), R40 SASJ Levy (70 - 1.20m) (Incl. 15% VAT), R5.13 EDTS levy, 23.65 Medical/Security Levy, R50 Officials Levy(no VAT)

A horse may only compete in one class per day with a maximum of 4 classes at   the event.

Should your entry be deleted for non-payment, the entry will not be restored based on when it was initially done but will be based on when it was paid for thus if the arenas are full it will be added to the waiting list.

NOMINATIONS:               Declarations to be done no later than 12 noon on 17 April 2019, there after declarations close 30minutes after the last nominating class. No late declarations will be accepted 

Riders who fail to make this first class declaration in time will automatically be entered in the same class as indicated on the SASJ Entry system.

                                                YOU MAY NOT DO YOUR NOMINATIONS DURING HORSE INSPECTION.

                                               Declarations will close 30 min after the end of the last open (nominating) class on each day.

Riders who fail to make this declaration in time will automatically be entered in the same class as indicated on the SASJ entry system for the 1^st class and the height they rode in the previous class.

ALL DECLARATIONS / NOMINATIONS MUST BE MADE BY THE OWNER OR RIDER ONLY.

 NO SMS NOMINATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Riders are RESPONSIBLE to ensure they have the correct SASJ Rider Registration and necessary QR’s to compete in a higher grade if nominating out of their grade.
