Entry Message

The Fourways Challenge Cup

R360.00 per class for non-Fourways Equestrian Club members.  FEC members receive a R10.00 discount.

All entry fees include the following levies per class:  R60 SASJ Open Levy (Incl. 15% VAT), R40 SASJ Levy (70 - 1.20m) (Incl. 15% VAT), R5.13 EDTS levy, R50 Officials levy, R20 Medical levy & Security levy, R10 JOC levy

  • Entries need to be done directly on the SASJ Online System
  • Payment must be done via EFT
  • NO LATE ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED
  • Entries accepted on a first come first served basis
  • Unpaid entries will be deleted at closing date of entry

Stabling:  R150.00 per day or R300 for the weekend

Paddocks:  R100.00 per day                            

ALL COMPETITORS needing stabling MUST COMPLETE the STABLE BOOKING FORM / Or book on the SASJ System by closing date of entries.

Prizes

A minimum of 60% net of entry fees less levies and VAT for CSN classes plus sponsored prizes.

Every 1 in 4 riders will receive a prize.
Sponsored prizes if obtained 
Terms And Conditions

REFUNDS:  No Refunds will be given after closing date of entries.  Entries withdrawn before close of date will be refunded less payfast fees. However due to inclement weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, should it necessitate cancelling the show, 80% of the entry fee will be refunded.
