Entries close on 22 February 2019 at 17h00. Late entries will be accepted at the discretion of the Show Holding Body at an additional R100.00 per class.

Minimum of 40% of entry fees (after levies) plus sponsorship. Prize money will be spread over classes at the discretion of the organising committee.

All persons participating at this event do so at their own risk and will have no claim against the Kimberley Equestrian Centre(KEC), South Africa Showjumping (SASJ), or the South African Equestrian Federation (SAEF), including any officials, employees, members, affiliated bodies, show-holding bodies or sponsors of KEC, SASJ or SAEF, for any damage or loss of property or death or injury of persons suffered during or in connection with this event from any cause whatsoever. No minor may participate in this event without the permission of his/her guardian, who indemnifies KEC, SASJ, and SAEF (including all other persons and bodies) against any such claims by such minors
