lease make sure you recieve an email confirmation of your entry.

No confirmation means we have not recieved your entry.

Entries unpaid at closing date of entries will be discarded.

Please note the new rule regarding bought entries -

 Full change of the original entry must be done at least 12 noon the day before the commencement of first class of each day. 

Thereafter, only scratchings are available to buy in class required and this needs to be done by 12 noon the day before.

ALL PAYMENTS NEED TO BE RECEIVED BY 12 NOON ON THE DAY AFTER THE CLOSE OF ENTRIES. If we have not received payment by then your entry will be deleted and may be re-instated upon payment of Late Entry Penalty of R200. If you scratch your horse or pony after the closing of entries you are still required to pay for that entry. 

 R 150 for the show, for non nrc members.

• Neither NRC , SASJ or SAEF nor their representatives and officials will be held responsible for loss, damage, theft or injury sustained by horses, riders, groom, appointed officials, the public or their property whatsoever.

• Riders are expected to have public liability insurance against loss, injury or damage that might be caused by their horse. • The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, combine or change any class should it be deemed necessary.

• The Event will be run under SASJ and FEI  Regulations • HARD HATS TO BE WORN AT ALL TIMES ON NRC GROUNDS WHEN MOUNTED

• Right of Admission to NRC Grounds reserved

• Competition stallions remain the responsibility of the owner & rider at all times and they are expected to have public liability against loss, injury or damage that might be caused by the stallion. A stallion should remain under the control of a responsible handler or rider at all times, and should not be allowed to spoil other riders enjoyment of the show.

• Horses & Ponies may compete in no more than 2 classes per day.
• Riders entering linked classes will be HC in the 2nd Class.

This show is ONLY for Junior and Young Riders. This means you may not enter into the recreational class if you are an Pony Rider or Adult.

Please enter the J/YR championship class if you are a Young Rider. Juniors enter the J championship Class.
