NOTES:

1. All classes will be run under FEI Jumping Rules. 
2. Telephonic, emailed, faxed, incorrect, unsigned and/or entries unaccompanied by the correct payment will not be accepted. All entries must be done on the SASJ Online System – www.sashowjumping.co.za
3. The organising committee in consultation with the SASJ Representative reserves the right to cancel, combine and restrict classes.
4. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times.
5. Catering will be available.
6. Substitutions must be handed into the judges box no later than half an hour before the start of each class and must be filled in on the correct SASJ substitution form
7. Entries bought must be emailed to mapleridge@telkomsa by date on the PDF Schedule.

6. PROTESTS & OBJECTIONS
All complaints and protests be valid must be made in writing and accompanied by a deposit of R400

Neither MAPLE RIDGE EQUESTRIAN FARM, SASJ , SAEF, FEI, nor their representatives will be responsible for any loss, damage, theft or injury sustained by horses, riders, appointed officials, the public or their property whatsoever.

Refunds:80% of the entry fee will be refunded if the show is cancelled due to bad weather –these entries shall not be carried forward to another show.

Any cancelled entries before or on closing date will have a R50 administration and bank charge fee.

No cash deposits please  if a cash deposit was made into our account to pay for entry fees.
