• The organisers reserve the right to cancel, combine, handicap, and restrict classes.
• Entries not paid within 23 hours of entry will be automatically deleted, should the arena be full these will be added to the waiting list and restored only if space opens up
• The Onus is on the rider or owner to timeously send the POP to shows@kyalamipark.com should payment be done via EFT
• KPC reserves the right to use winners photogographs when publishing results
• Anyone mounted on a horse must wear a hard hat
• Jacket only show

A minimum of 60% net of entry fees less levies and VAT for CSN classes plus sponsorship and 40% less levies and VAT Provincial classes plus sponsorship per class. All CSN Jumping classes will be subject to a 15% deduction from prize money to be paid into the SASJ Riders Fund.
