Ground Levy Message
No refunds will be given after the entry closing date. 20% of the entry fee will be deducted from all refunds, should any classes be cancelled due to inclement weather conditions.

Terms and Conditions
- All KPC, SASJ and FEI rules, where applicable, shall apply.
- The organisers reserve the right to cancel, combine, handicap, and restrict classes.
- Telephonic, emailed or entries unaccompanied by the correct entry fees will NOT be accepted.
- All Dogs must be on a handheld lead. Fine of R1000 if dogs are off lead.
- Anyone on a horse should wear a riding helmet at all times.
- Final Timetable will be published after closing date of entry.
- Please do not exercise horses in competition arenas. Please use the warm up arenas provided.
