Sunday 30th November 2025 @midnight. 

No refunds will be given after the entry closing date. 20% of the entry fee will be deducted from all refunds, should any classes be cancelled due to inclement weather conditions.

40% off all entry fees spread over classes at the discretion of the organizing committee (less levies & VAT)

• All KPC, SASJ and FEI rules, where applicable, shall apply.
• The organisers reserve the right to cancel, combine, handicap, and restrict classes.
• Telephonic, emailed or entries unaccompanied by the correct entry fees will NOT be accepted.
• All Dogs must be on a handheld lead. Fine of R1000 if dogs are off lead.
• Anyone on a horse should wear a riding helmet at all times.
• Final Timetable will be published after closing date of entry. 
• Please do not exercise horses in competition arenas. Please use the warm up arenas provided.
