• CSN Classes - A minimum of 60% of the net entry fees for each class plus any sponsorship, Less VAT and Levies. All CSN Jumping classes will be subject to a 15% deduction from prize money which will be paid into the SASJ Riders Fund.                
•   Provincial Classes - A minimum of 40% of the net entry fees for each class plus any sponsorship, Less VAT and Levies.

• All KPC, SASJ and FEI rules, where applicable, shall apply.
• The organisers reserve the right to cancel, combine, handicap, and restrict classes.
• Telephonic, emailed or entries unaccompanied by the correct entry fees will NOT be accepted.
• All Dogs must be on a handheld lead. Fine of R1000 if dogs are off lead.
• Anyone on a horse should wear a riding helmet at all times.
• Final Timetable will be published after closing date of entry. 
• Please do not exercise horses in competition arenas. Please use the warm up arenas provided.
