Programme will be posted online and sent by e-mail to the email address you have registered on the SASJ website.

The onus is on the competitor to check the programme when it is published on the website, and to ensure that their email address is updated with the SASJ office and to check the SASJ website/newsflashes for any changes to the schedule/programme.

LATE ENTRIES: Will be accepted at the discretion of the show secretary

REFUNDS: No Refunds will be given after closing date of entries only entries withdrawn before close of date will be refunded less R40 admin fee. If however due to inclement weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, should it necessitate cancelling the show, 80% of the entry fee will be refunded. 

It is up to you to delete your entry before closing date if you have decided to withdraw from the show. If you don’t, you are still liable for the entry fees.

• The forest and ALL eventing jumps not used in the competition are STRICTLY out of bounds

Prize money 40% (minimum) of entry fees received (less all levies) for individual placings in graded classes.

• The Event will be run under FEI, SAEF and SASJ regulations
• Neither SDRC, SAEF or SASJ, nor their representatives or officials will be held responsible for loss, damage, theft or injury sustained to horses, riders, the public or their property whatsoever.
• The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, combine or change any class should it be deemed necessary.
• The Organisers reserve the right to limit the entries on a first-come-first-served basis.
• If there are insufficient entries the Organiser reserve the right to run the show on one day.

• REFUNDING ENTRIES.  No refunds after closing date An admin fee of R40 per entry will be deducted from entries that are refunded BEFORE closing date of entries 
• PASSPORTS: All horses must be in possession of their FEI Passports or Group IX Passports at all shows. Inspections, sampling, and random passport checks. Vaccinations and Micro Chip Numbers must correspond with the information loaded on the SASJ Online System.

• RIDING HELMETS TO BE WORN AT ALL TIMES ON SDRC GROUNDS WHEN MOUNTED

• Competition Stallions remain the responsibility of the owners & riders at all times and they are expected to have public liability against loss, injury or damage that might be caused by the stallion. Stallions have to wear the yellow tag on their bridles and fellow competitors please be aware of this and give the stallions the space needed as to avoid any stupid accidents!!

• CATERING WILL BE AVAILABLE

• ALL DOGS TO BE ON LEASHES AT ALL TIMES PLEASE
