Substitutions can be done up to 30 minutes before the start of the class (only a rider or horse change is applicable – not both as that constitutes a bought entry).
You may not ride in any arenas other than those allocated for the show and for your grade.
All riders MUST wear a riding helmet when mounted.
All Heartland Equestrian Park, SASJ and FEI rules, where applicable, shall apply. No Dogs will be allowed.
Entries Close - 10th February 2026. If numbers permit , late entries will be considered at an additional fee of R50.00
Please do not bring your dogs to the show, no dogs are allowed at the venue.

I confirm that I have read, understood and agree with SASJ and BRS Equestrian Centre. I acknowledge that as a member of South African Showjumping (SASJ), I will be bound by the constitution, regulation and rules of SASJ, (Annexure A – E, Section 1 to 11, as well as those of the South African Equestrian Federation ("SAEF") and the Federation Equestre International ("FEI") under whose auspices SASJ operates. I hereby confirm that all horse vaccinations are up to date on the SASJ system as per horse passport. I agree to the publishing of photographs and videos of myself and/or my minor child during all events held at any approved SA Show jumping venue as part of the promotion of events.) If you give your permission, SASJ and its affiliated show holding bodies may publish photographs and videos of myself and/or my minor child. The publications could include, but are not limited to, newsletters (online and in hard copy), rider profiles, the SASJ and show holding bodies websites, Facebook and Instagram accounts, local newspapers, and event live streaming.
