UNPAID ENTRIES WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY DELETED, LATE ENTRY FEE OF R200
Please note: Your entry fee must accompany your entry - At closing date we will have to remove unpaid entries to have confirmed paid entries only
1. Please send your pop if you are emailing entries and you are not on as a recreational rider on SASJ website
2. You can enter more than once in each height
3. You can change heights on the day - you may also substite horse and /or rider
4. Spreads of oxers are usually +20cm wider than height of fences advertised.
5. Competitors must be correctly dressed - jackets not necessary
REFUNDS: No Refunds will be given after closing date of entries only entries withdrawn before close of date will be refunded. If however due to inclement weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances and it should necessitate cancelling the show, 80% of the entry fee will be refunded.
It is up to you to delete your entry before closing date if you have decided to withdraw from the show. If you don’t, you are still liable for the entry fees.
Prize Money 40% (LESS Levies) for graded classes.
Rosettes Only for Recreational classes.
Results will be annouced on SASJ Website, prize money will be paid into banking details of the prize winner listed on the SASJ website.

Neither JML Equestrian, SASJ or SAEF nor their representatives and officials will be held responsible for loss, damage, theft or injury sustained by horses, riders, groom, appointed officials, the public or their property whatsoever.
The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, combine or change any class should it be deemed necessary.
The Event will be run under SASJ rules and regulations

Competition Stallions remain the responsibility of the owners & riders at all times and they are expected to have public liability against loss, injury or damage that might be caused by the stallion. Stallions have to wear the yellow tag on their bridles and fellow competitors please be aware of this and give the stallions the space needed as to avoid any stupid accidents!!
PASSPORTS: All horses must be in possession of their FEI Passports or Group IX Passports at all shows. Inspections, sampling, and random passport checks.
Vaccinations and Micro Chip Numbers must correspond with the information loaded on the SASJ Online System.
Registration of Horse/Pony and Rider with their Club, SASJ and SAEF must be in order on the SASJ Database.
Athletes are to ensure that any sponsored Saddlecloths or Athlete Wear they compete in during the event – that the Sponsors are registered with SASJ for the current year. Athletes are also to ensure their logos comply with the FEI Sizes for Advertising – Article 256
No horses are to compete within 7 days of any vaccinations
