The programme and riding order will be available on the SASJ wesite during the week of the show. 

Please make sure you receive an email confirmation of your entry. No confirmation means we have not recieved your entry. Please use your name and surname as the reference and send POP to waterwoodsshows@gmail.com.

Please note you will be liable for your entry fee if you have not deleted the entry before the close of entries. Unpaid entries will be deleted 48 hours after close of entries.

• Full change of the original entry must be done at least 12 noon the day before the commencement of first day of the show. No full changes to an entry once the show starts. 

• Rider or Horse Substitutions must be done 30 minutes before the class starts. 

• Bought or sold entries must come through the show organisers. 

Should the show organisers have to cancel classes due to unforseen circunstances, the SHB is allowed to retain a % of the entry fee to cover admin costs

Dogs are allowed but must be on leads at all times.

40% (minimum) of entry fees received less levies in Graded Classes. Rosettes only in Training Classes

• Neither Waterwoods Equestrian Centre , SASJ or SAEF nor their representatives and officials will be held responsible for loss, damage, theft or injury sustained by horses, riders, groom, appointed officials, the public or their property whatsoever.

• The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, combine or change any class should it be deemed necessary.

• Classes with 8 entries or less can be handicapped by the organisers. 

• The Event will be run under SAEF, SASJ and FEI  Regulations

• Hard hats must be worn at all times whilst mounted at Waterwoods Equestrian Centre

• Competition stallions remain the responsibility of the owner & rider at all times and they are expected to have public liability against loss, injury or damage that might be caused by the stallion. A stallion should remain under the control of a responsible handler or rider at all times, and should not be allowed to spoil other riders enjoyment of the show.

• Horses & Ponies may compete in no more than 2 classes per day.
