• All KPC, SASJ and FEI rules, where applicable, shall apply.
• The organisers reserve the right to cancel, combine, handicap, and restrict classes.
• No dogs allowed.
• Anyone on a horse should wear a riding helmet at all times.

A minimum of 60% net of entry fees, less levies and VAT for CSN classes, plus sponsorship per class, and 40% less levies and VAT for Provincial classes, plus sponsorship per class. This excludes sponsorship funds that will be allocated independently by the OC. All CSN Jumping classes will be subject to a 15% deduction from prize money to be paid into the SASJ Riders Fund.

• Substitutions: Can be done up to 30 minutes before the start of the class (only a rider or horse change is applicable – not both as that constitutes a bought entry).
• UNPAID ENTRIES WILL BE DELETED WITHIN 23HRS OF ENTRY.
• You May not ride in any arenas other than those allocated for the show and for your grade.

• Should there be less than 8 riders in any classes they will be handicapped
