Graded show for Pony riders, Juniors and Adults for 70cm through to 1.30m

R300.00 entry fee includes the following: R70.00 Ground Levy; R15.00 Ambulance Levy; R5.13 EDS Levy; R30.00 Officials Levy and SASJ Levy - R70.00 Open/Professional, R50.00 Amateur (70cm to 1.30m)

Terms and Conditions

Please Read through carefully:

  • Entries will be accepted on a "first come, first served" basis - maximum 180 entries per day.
  • No entries will be deemed “accepted” unless we have received your Proof of Payment which must be emailed to: aintreesa@hotmail.com
  • Please confirm with Michelle by closing date that we have received your entry & payment advice. Entries received will be posted on the SASJ website the week of closing date for you to check. This may not be the final running order.
  • The organisers reserve the right to cancel and/or alter the programme should they deem it necessary. Late or entries unaccompanied by the correct entry fee will not be accepted.
  • Current FEI, SAEF & SASJ Show jumping rules apply to this show.
  • Competitors are required to be correctly dressed. If you are unsure of the dress code please contact Michelle on aintreesa@hotmail.com
  • Aintree SA, FEI, SAEF, SASJ, and any of its officials or representatives, shall in no way be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft or injury sustained by horses, riders, appointed officials, the public or their property at the show, caused by, or resulting from this show.
  • Refunds: 80% of the entry fee will be refunded if the show is cancelled due to bad weather – these entries may instead be carried forward to the next show date only. 100% of the entry fee will be refunded if entries are too full to accept more before closing date, or the entry may be carried forward to the next show. A R10.00 deduction per horse entered will be made on refunds if a cash or cheque deposit was made into our account to pay for entry fees.
  • Under no other circumstances will refunds be done after closing date of entries. It is the rider’s responsibility to sell their entry. If the rider scratches from the show for any reason after closing date of entries, the full amount is still payable.
  • The competitor/s understand that he/she/they are fully legally liable for any actions by their horse/s, staff, child/ren and/or agent/s that might cause damage, injury and/or fatality of whatever nature to the venue and/or its horse/s, staff, agent/s and/or other competitors and/or their horse/s, staff, child/ren and/or agent/s.
  • The competitor undertakes not to bring any horse/s to the Show which has or might have an infectious disease, whether it be notifiable or not. The competitor undertakes to withdraw such horse/s from the Show, with forfeiture of Entry Fee/s. If subsequent to entry such conditions should develop or should circumstances arise under which the competitor can reasonably be expected to know what the horse/s has developed or may develop any such disease of ability to spread such a disease.
  • SALE OF ENTRIES: These must be completed on the correct form, signed by both purchaser and seller, and received by Michelle by 12 noon the day before the show commences.
  • SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitutions should be made in writing on the correct form (available from SASJ) as soon as possible – these can be emailed to Michelle. No substitutions will be accepted if received less than a half hour before the start of the relevant competition

Please leave your dogs at home.

Horseboxes to please park in the top sand arena closest to the main road - Turn right once through the main gate to get to the sand arena

No parking on the grass in the spectator/catering area please. 

Please follow signs for spectators parking for the day.

No horses to enter the arena’s in the Tuck Shop/Spectators area – Riders to enter from top arena.
