R495 per class Graded Classes (0.90m to 1.25m) & Pony Riders / R530 per class Graded Classes  (Open 1.30m and above) 

Entries include a levy total of R172  - (Ground levies; Medics; Safety Officer, Officials), plus R6.50 EDTS levy; SASJ Levies [R85 for open riders (1.30m and above) or R65 for all other graded riders; R2.50/Round SASJ levy capturing score for all entries.

R450.00 per horse for recreational classes.(includes SASJ levy of R20.00) 

PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE NOT A MEMBER OF SHONGWENI CLUB A TEMP MEMBERSHIP FEE HAS TO BE PAID. R460 ADULT, R230 JUNIORS.

Sponsors, Owners and Riders, Horses or Ponies must be registered with SAEF & SASJ for the 2026 subscription year as at the closing date of entry . Entries out of order at closing date will not be accepted. This  applies to late entries as well.

LATE ENTRY FEE  R100 per horse extra (please check first if we have space- late entries without the extra payment will not be accepted)

PAYMENTS MADE BY DEPOSITTING CASH/CHEQUES NOW COST A LOT IN BANK CHARGES, SO IF YOU ARE PAYING IN THIS WAY, PLEASE CLICK ON "ADD EXTRAS" AND TICK THE BOX FOR CASH/CHEQUE DEPOSIT FEE (R80.00).  I'M AFRAID IF THIS EXTRA IS NOT PAID YOUR ENTRY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. OR YOU MAY ARRANGE TO DROP OFF THE CASH WITH ME BEFORE ENTRIES CLOSE.

ROSETTES, PRIZES, VOUCHERS, and GOOD PRIZE MONEY to prize winners.                                          

Prizes for all winning grooms & carrots and treats for the winning horses too.

This show includes the KZN Interschools Team Challenge.  If you are going to be a part of a school team, please ensure that you read those rules. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT IN THE EVENT OF VERY LARGE ENTRIES, THE ORGANISERS HAVE THE RIGHT TO ALTER THE DAY AND OR THE ARENA FOR CERTAIN CLASSES AND  USE AN ADDITIONAL COURSE DESIGNER.

YOU MAY ENTER TWO CLASSES PER HORSE IN DIFFERENT GRADES IF YOU WISH, BUT MAY ONLY JUMP ONE OF EACH TYPE OF CLASS - eg YOUR ENTRY MUST BE ONE A2 SPEED CLASS AND ONE TWO PHASE COMPETITION
