Only Entries done on the SASJ Online system will be accepted. Sponsors, Owners and Riders, Horses or Ponies must be registered with SAEF & SASJ for the 2026 subscription year as at closing date of entry.  Entries out of order will not be accepted.

Please note that if you are not a Durban Shongweni Club Member then please go to "add Extras" when entering and add temporary membership with your entry.

Entry payment made by either cash or cheque deposit needs to include an extra bank fee of R50 which is also found in "add extras" when completing your entry online.

70cm - 80cm R 430 per class (Recreational Classes)

80cm - 1.25m & Pony Riders R475 per class (Graded classes)

Open - R495 per class

All of the above include all the levies:

OTHER LEVIES INCLUDED PER ENTRY: Officials and Medics Levy R155.00

The organisers reserve the right to limit, cancel, postpone, combine or divide classes as needed.  Any changes or alterations will be published timeously on the website as well as being posted on the official notice board at the show.

STABLING IS AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE.  PLEASE CONTACT DURBAN SHONGWENI CLUB DIRECTLY TO BOOK STABLING.

TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP IS PAYABLE BY ALL NON MEMBERS AT A FEE OF R460 for Adults and R230 for Under 18yrs old.  PLEASE DO THIS PAYMENT TOGETHER WITH YOUR ONLINE ENTRY.

DURBAN SHONGWENI CLUB

Prize money will be a minimum of 40% of entry fees less levies - plus sponsorship if available. Recreational classes will be a lower percentage.  

Prize money will be paid to prize winners via EFT.  Please ensure that your banking details are uploaded correctly on your SASJ Profile.

All SAEF, FEI, SASJ and Durban Shongweni Club (DSC), Rules shall apply. 

Right of Admission for Retailers is reserved.  Booking or enquiries must be made with the organisers prior to the show.
