No Entry will be accepted without payment confirmation.
PAYMENT MUST BE DONE ON OR BEFORE CLOSING DATE OF ENTRY. If your payment doesn't reflect on our bank statement on closing date, you will be expected to pay the LATE ENTRY FEE.
Please register yourselves and your horses on www.sashowjumping.co.za to enter our show online.
If you pay via bank transfer you need to attach your deposit slip to your entry on checkout. Once you have entered the show you will receive an email confirmation of your entry- no confirmation, no entry!
If your entry is on the SASJ website after closing date then you are responsible for paying your entry fee !!!
CVRC does not refund entries after closing date, even with a vet or Dr certificate. The show office will try and help you "sell" your entry. Entries may be sold up until 5pm on the Friday before the show.
If paying CASH, Please add R50 to entry to cover bank charges.
Entries deleted before closing date may be refunded with a 20% deduction to cover bank charges.

R350 per Horse, for non CVRC members
40% of entry fees less all levies for graded classes.
All prizegivings will be mounted.
Prize Money will be paid via EFT. Please ensure that your banking details on SASJ are correct.

• Neither CVRC, SARDA, SASJ or SAEF nor their representatives and officials will be held responsible for loss, damage, theft or injury sustained by horses, riders, groom, appointed officials, the public or their property whatsoever.
• The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, combine or change any class should it be deemed necessary.
• The Organisers reserve the right to limit the entries on a first-come-first-served basis.
• The Event will be run under FEI, SASJ & SAEF Regulations
• HARD HATS TO BE WORN AT ALL TIMES ON CVRC GROUNDS WHEN MOUNTED
• Right of Admission to CVRC Grounds reserved
• Competition stallions remain the responsibility of the owner & rider at all times and they are expected to have public liability against loss, injury or damage that might be caused by the stallion. A stallion should remain under the control of a responsible handler or rider at all times, and should not be allowed to spoil other riders’s enjoyment of the show.
• Well behaved Dogs ON A LEAD are allowed at this venue. A fine maybe imposed if this rule is not adhered to.
If there are less than 5 entries in a class, the class may be handicapped or combined with another class
