All show jumping entries must be done online at  www.sashowjumping.co.za and Proof of Payment sent to the Show Secretary together with arrival date of horses.

Late entries will be accepted at the discretion of the Show Holding Body at an additional R150.00 per class.

Minimum of 40% of entry fees (after levies) plus sponsorship. Prize money will be spread over classes at the discretion of the organising committee.

All persons participating at this event do so at their own risk and will have no claim against the Kimberley Equestrian Centre(KEC), South Africa Showjumping (SASJ), or the South African Equestrian Federation (SAEF), including any officials, employees, members, affiliated bodies, show-holding bodies or sponsors of KEC, SASJ or SAEF, for any damage or loss of property or death or injury of persons suffered during or in connection with this event from any cause whatsoever. No minor may participate in this event without the permission of his/her guardian, who indemnifies KEC, SASJ, and SAEF (including all other persons and bodies) against any such claims by such minors

1. The show will be conducted in accordance with the applicable FEI, SAEF, KEC and relevant discipline rules.

2. The Show Organisers and their Officials will not be held responsible for any damages or injuries sustained to owners, competitors, horses or property.

3. No horse may enter the show without a horse flu vaccination and AHS vaccination, Please complete details on entry form. See SAEF Rule Appendix VR/9.7.1 (i.e. Horses MUST be inoculated by a VETERINARIAN within a period of 12 months of the date of the previous inoculation for AHS and once a year for the flu vaccination - otherwise the inoculation will be deemed to have expired.) Batch and date details MUST be on entry form. Passports must be available for inspection. Horses without correct vaccinations will be required to leave immediately.

   The Show Organisers reserve the right to cancel, combine or alter classes as they deem necessary.

4. The Show Organisers reserve the right to refuse entries without giving a reason.

5. The correct entry fees must accompany all entries or entries will not be accepted.

6. Only paid up members of the SAEF and the relevant discipline associations (i.e. Show Jumping South Africa) may enter the show. Riders and horses must be registered before closing date of entries.

7. Competitors that are not correctly dressed and mounted for the prize giving will forfeit their prize money.

8. Hard hats must be worn at all times whilst mounted.

9. Note it is each rider’s responsibility to confirm that KEC has received their entry.

10. Due to the limited number of stables available, please note that additional stables may not be booked for grooms sleeping quarters or for storage. Only one stable will be allocated per horse.

11. No dogs allowed unless on a leash.

12. No abusive or aggressive treatment of any horse or officials will be tolerated and the warning card system will be enforced

13. Leather Boot Leggings may be worn in Show Jumping.

14. Dress for riders is as set out in the SA Show Jumping and FEI rules .
