Please Note:

• All SASJ, SAEF,  FEI rules, where applicable, shall apply
• The organisers reserve the right to cancel, combine, handicap and restrict classes
• Telephonic, faxed, emailed or entries unaccompanied by the correct entry fees will NOT be accepted

 IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:

1. Entry Fee Training Classes R275-00  Graded R480.00 per class

2. Riders entering Training Classes do not need to be fully registered members of SASJ - You can however join the SAEF  and SASJ online system for no cost recreational (Training) classes - www.sashowjumping.co.za - you can email SASJ for assistance admin@sashowjumping

3. You can also email your entries to mapleridge@telkomsa.net 

4. Catering will be available all day

5. Please note: Your entry fee must accompany your entry - At closing date we will have to remove unpaid entries to have confirmed paid entries only

6. Please send your pop if you are emailing entries and you are not on as a recreational rider on SASJ website

7. You can enter more than once in each height 

8. You can change heights on the day - you may also substite horse and /or rider

9.   Spreads of oxers are usually +20cm wider than height of fences advertised.

10. Competitors must be correctly dressed - jackets not necessary

11. Refunds: No refund of entry fees after closing date- 80% of the entry fee will be refunded if the show is cancelled due to bad weather – these entries shall not be carried forward to another show unless specified by venue.

A R10.00 deduction per horse entered will be made on refunds if a cash deposit was made into our account to pay for entry fees.

There will be a R50 admin fee for any refund of entries deleted before closing date.

Neither MAPLE RIDGE EQUESTRIAN FARM, SASJ , SAEF, FEI, nor their representatives will be responsible for any loss, damage, theft or injury sustained by horses, riders, appointed officials, the public or their property whatsoever.
