Open Pony Riders: 1.10m: Composite Entry fee of R1100

Entry fees are inclusive of R20 medical/security levy, R20 officials levy; R2 course builders levy, R53.01 (Adult open), R34.20 (Adult Amateur), SASJ Levy (R11.40 for  Adult Entry Level, All juniors and all ponies), & R5.13 EDS Levy.

Riders must each day declare which height their horses will compete 1.30m, 1.35m, 1.40/1.45m

Graded AD/J 1.00m, 1.10m and 1.20: Composite entry fee of R1000.

Entries close on the 06 July 2015 at Midnight. Late entries will not be accepted.

PLEASE NOTE: ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED ON FIRST COME FIRST BASIS, NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED UNLESS ACCOMPANIED BY PROOF OF PAYMENT. ENTRIES NOT PAID BY CLOSING DATE OF ENTRIES WILL BE DISCARDED.

1. No horse may enter the show without a horse flu vaccination and AHS, please complete details on entry form
2. NO refunds/credits will be made in respect of cancellations and scratchings after closing date of entries
3. Only time which will be exact is the starting time
4. Organizing committee reserves the right to combine, vary, and divide/cancel classes if insufficient entries are received.
5. Organizing committee will have the right to make alterations in the event of unfavourable weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances and should the show be cancelled for any reason only 50% of entry fees will be refunded. No entries will be refunded if show is postponed. 
6. SAEF, SASJ and the organizers shall in no way be held responsible for any damage, loss, injury sustained by owners, competitors, members of the public or any other person or persons ot their property at the BB Motorgroup Blouberg Cup for the duration of the show.
7. In all Jumping classes juniors and adults will be combined.
8. By entering a stallion at the PERC, the competitor and owner agree to the following conditions and agree to abide by the following protocol;
   1. Competition stallions remain the responsibility of the owner and rider at all times and they are expected to have public liability against any loss, injury or damage that might be caused by the stallion.
   2. It is the responsibility of the owner and rider to ensure that the stallion cannot exit the stables allocated to it in its own/or with the help of another horse or uninformed person.
   3. The stallion may only be removed from the stable during the show for exercise and preparation/competition and only in the presence of a responsible handler/rider
   4. Under No circumstances shall the covering of mares be allowed to take place at the Blouberg Riding School Premises
   5. All Stallions must wear a yellow tag on their bridles at all times.
9. Organizing body reserves the right to limit entries, depending on the total number of entries received per class
10. Dress as per FEI/SASJ regulations. Jackets only.
11. No rider may compete on more than three horses in any class.
