Pienaardam Leisure Resort during the Hartland agriculture show

• All current SAEF/FEI rules will apply.  The organizers reserve the right to cancel, combine or restrict classes should entries so warrant.  All persons participating at the event do so at their own risk and will have no claim against the show holder, any officials, employees, members, affiliated bodies (SAEF, SASJ, DSA, SASA, SAEQA) or sponsors for any damages or loss of property or death or injury of persons suffering during or in connection with this event from any causes whatever. 
• Judges decision is final
• It is up to the rider to ensure that their horse/pony has been vaccinated /inoculated and is fit and healthy to compete and does not have to the best of their knowledge any contagious diseases.
• The competitor undertakes not to bring any horse/pony to the show which has an infection disease, whether notifiable or not, or which horse/pony the competitor could reasonably be expected to know has an infectious disease or may spread such a disease.  The competitor shall withdraw such an animal with forfeiture of entry fees.
• All stallions must wear a Yellow Ribbon in their tail.
• All dogs must be on leads
• All horses must have an up to date passport available for inspection.
