The competition will run in the Rose Festival Arena, but an additional arena may be used depending on the number of entries
STABLING @ R200.00 AND PADDOCKS AVAILABLE AT R100.00 PER DAY. PLEASE ENQUIRE FIRST FOR AVAILABILITY. ONCE CONFIRMED PLEASE ADD PAYMENT TO ENTRY FORM.

Terms And Conditions
GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
Entries will be accepted on a "first come, first served" basis, no restrictions on number of horses per rider, maximum 200 entries per arena per day. The organizers reserve the right to cancel and/or alter the program should they deem it necessary.
Please note Current FEI, SAEF and SASJ rules apply to this show. Competitors are required to be correctly dressed. Neither Fourways Riding Centre, FEI, SAEF, nor SASJ, it’s official’s or representatives shall in any way be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft or injury sustained by horses, riders, appointed officials, the public or their property at the show, caused by, or resulting from this show.
Refunds - 80% will be made if the show is cancelled. A R10.00 deduction per horse entered will be made on refunds if a cash deposit was made into our account to pay for entry fees.
Under no circumstances will refunds be done after closing date of entries for any reason whatsoever. It is the riders responsibility to sell their entry.

(ALL RIDERS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH SAEF, AND A SAEF RECOGNISED CLUB. HORSES AND RIDERS MUST BE REGISTERED IN THEIR CORRECT GRADES WITH SASJ. PLEASE ENSURE YOU DO THIS WELL IN ADVANCE AS IT WILL TAKE TIME FOR YOUR MEMBERSHIP AT SAEF, CLUB AND SASJ TO BE APPROVED AND MUST BE CORRECT AS AT CLOSING DATE OF ENTRIES)
As per SASJ rules, approved registered shirts may be worn.
