All persons participating at this event do so at their own risk and will have no claim against the Kimberley Equestrian Centre(KEC), South Africa Showjumping (SASJ), or the South African Equestrian Federation (SAEF), including any officials, employees, members, affiliated bodies, show-holding bodies or sponsors of KEC, SASJ or SAEF, for any damage or loss of property or death or injury of persons suffered during or in connection with this event from any cause whatsoever. No minor may participate in this event without the permission of his/her guardian, who indemnifies KEC, SASJ, and SAEF (including all other persons and bodies) against any such claims by such minors

1. The Show Organisers and their Officials will not be held responsible for any damages or injuries sustained to owners, competitors, horses or property.
2. The Show Organisers reserve the right to cancel, combine or alter classes as they deem necessary.
3. The Show Organisers reserve the right to refuse entries without giving a reason.
4. The correct entry fees must accompany all entries or entries will not be accepted.
5. The dress code will be as for graded shows.
6. Leather Boot Leggings may be worn in Show Jumping.
