Entries will be on a “first come, first served” basis and entries may be limited. If depositing money, use riders name as reference and email proof to nareen@ventpro.co.za The Organisers reserve the right to cancel and/or alter the program should they deem it necessary.  Entries received late or unaccompanied by the correct fee will not be accepted.  Current SASJ & SAEF show jumping rules will apply to this show.  Competitors are required to be correctly dressed.  The organizing committee, SASJ & SAEF, nor the show jumping body, its officials or representatives shall in any way be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft or injury sustained by horses, riders, appointed officials, the public or their property at the show, caused by or resulting from the show.

Neither Organizing committee nor any of it’s representatives, The Sponsors, Competitors, Officials or any other person or body connected with organising or competing in this Event will not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury sustained by owners, competitors, officials, members of the public or any other person or their property in connection with the show.

AMENDMENT AND/OR CANCELLATION OF CLASSES:

The Organising Committee, reserves the right, if insufficient or excessive entries are received or in the light of unforeseen circumstances, to combine, divide, postpone, cancel or change the rule of any classes. Should this be necessary the prize money will be adjusted accordingly. 

AFRICAN HORSE SICKNESS & EQUINE FLU:

All HORSES participating must have had the African Horse Sickness and Equine Flu inoculations as prescribed by the manufacturer within the past 12 months.
