No Entry will be accepted without payment confirmation
Please register yourselves and your horses on www.sashowjumping.co.za to enter our show online. If you paying via bank transfer you need to attach your deposit slip to your entry on checkout. Once you have entered the show you will receive an email confirmation of your entry- no confirmation, no entry!
Paid Entries that are deleted before closing date, will be refunded less a 20% handling fee
When doing a cash deposit, please add an additional R50 to cover bank charges

All entry fees MUST be paid on or before closing date of entry.
If you have entered and are no longer able to attend, it is your responsibility to delete your entry BEFORE closing date, if you dont, you will still have to pay the entry fee.
Glenellen DOES NOT refund entries after closing date, even if you have a DR or Vet certificate.
You may "sell" your entry if you are unable to attend and if it is done before the program and prize money has been published, it can be for a different calss. Selling of entries must be done through the show organiser and NOT just advertised on facebook

• Neither GLENELLEN, SASJ or SAEF nor their representatives and officials will be held responsible for loss, damage, theft or injury sustained by horses, riders, groom, appointed officials, the public or their property whatsoever.
• The Organisers reserve the right to cancel, combine or change any class should it be deemed necessary.
• The Organisers reserve the right to limit the entries on a first-come-first-served basis.
• The Event will be run under FEI, SASJ & SAEF Regulations
• HARD HATS TO BE WORN AT ALL TIMES ON GROUNDS WHEN MOUNTED
• Right of Admission to GLENELLEN Grounds reserved
RECREATIONAL CLASSES will be run under the Adult and junior rules.
In Recreational classes held on the same day as graded classes, competitors will be expected to be dressed according to graded rules
If there are less than 5 entries in any class, they may be handicaped with another class.
• Competition stallions remain the responsibility of the owner & rider at all times and they are expected to have public liability against loss, injury or damage that might be caused by the stallion. A stallion should remain under the control of a responsible handler or rider at all times, and should not be allowed to spoil other riders’s enjoyment of the show.
• No dogs allowed at this venue. A fine of R50 maybe imposed if this rule is not adhered to.
COVIC 19 REGULATIONS
* Riders may be accompanied by one other person plus one additional person/groom for every horse.
* All the necessary health questionnaires and protocols must be submitted and strictly adhered to.
* Coaches may assist in the warm up arena and course walk but NO ONE may touch the fences except the CVRC staff on duty.
* Everyone entering the property must wear a mask at all times, except when on the back of a horse.
* On arrival, all bookings will be verified at the gate. No admittance will be given to anyone not on the booking list. There will be no exceptions. The covid employee on duty at the gate will ask every person eligable to enter the premises to sign the registration form, sanitise their hands and have their temperature taken. No one showing a temperature or any other flu like symptoms will be allowed acess.
* Everyone intending to come to the show will need to submit their booking form.Their vehicle number plate, the full names and ID or passport number of the people accompanying them, they cannot arrive before their designated arrival time.
* Parking must be a minimum of 5 meters away from other vehicals or horseboxes and 10m for big trucks. Riders will be allocated a parking bay and no other vehicals may park in this area.
* Tacking up & untacking should take place within the 5m distance of the rider's horsebox.
* Social distancing, maintaining 2m distance between people should be adhered to at all times.
* CVRC will appoint a member of staff to man the warm up arena jumps at all times (No other grooms will be allowed in the warm up)
* The warm up arena may not be used for cool down.
* Riders will recieve an email after closing date of entry with details of their arrival, riding and departure times as well as a map of the venue. No rider will be allowed to "hang around" after they have competed and watch other riders
* Anyone failing to comply with Covid 19 regulations will be held responsible for their actions should there be any fines given to the show organiser. This is part of the rules and regulations of the show.
