Terms And Conditions
The organiser reserve the right to cancel and/or combine classes should they deem it necessary. Late entries unaccompanied by the correct entry fee will not be accepted. Current SAEF, FEI and SASJ Show jumping rules apply to this show. Competitors are required to be correctly dressed. Neither Revil Stables, SAEF, FEI and SASJ nor the show jumping body, its officials or representatives shall in any way be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft or injury sustained by horses, riders, appointed officials, the public or their property at the show caused by, or resulting from this show. Refunds will be made if show is cancelled, or if entries are too full to accept before closing date. Refunds - 80% will be made if show is cancelled due to bad weather, or 100% if entries are too full to accept more before closing date.

HORSE PASSPORTS All horses entered in the open classes must have been presented at the horse inspection and hold a valid FEI or SAEF passport. Competitors will be fined for passport infringements in accordance with SAEA General Regulations Appendix GR/B. Veterinary inspection for ALL OPEN horses will take place on Wednesday the 17th September 2014 at 08H00. The First Horse inspection for those horses considering entering the World Cup Competition will be at 07H00 Wednesday the 17th September 2014 followed by the Stallion Inspection followed by the inspection for all other horses. Any Stallions not presented at that time will only be accepted at the end of the inspection. Second Horse inspection for the World Cup Competition will be at 07H30 Saturday the 20th September 2014. All Athletes & Horses participating in any of the International Classes must request secured stables and be registered with the FEI |
