Entries will be accepted on a "first come, first served" basis - maximum 200 entries per day
No entries will be deemed “accepted” unless we have received your POP. Proof of Payment must be emailed to:retha@tbgequine.co.za
The organisers reserve the right to cancel and/or alter the programme should they deem it necessary. Late or entries unaccompanied by the correct entry fee will not be accepted.
Current FEI, SAEF & SASJ Show jumping rules apply to this show.
Competitors are required to be correctly dressed.
KAWENA Shows, Ezethu stables, FEI, SAEF, SASJ, and any of its officials or representatives, shall in no way be held responsible for any loss, damage, theft or injury sustained by horses, riders, appointed officials, the public or their property at the show, caused by, or resulting from this show.
Refunds: 80% of the entry fee will be refunded if the show is cancelled due to bad weather – these entries may instead be carried forward to the next show date only. 100% of the entry fee will be refunded if entries are too full to accept more before closing date, or the entry may be carried forward to the next show. A R10.00 deduction per horse entered will be made on refunds if a cash or cheque deposit was made into our account to pay for entry fees.
SALE OF ENTRIES: These must be completed on the correct form, signed by both purchaser and seller, and received by Retha by 12 noon the day before the show.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Substitutions should be made in writing on the correct form (available from SASJ or Retha) as soon as possible – these can be emailed to Retha.

GENERAL RULES:The Fèdèration Equestre Internationale Jumping Rules (25th edition, 1 January 2014 – updates effective 1 January 2017) (“FEI rules”) will apply.Scores will be determined in accordance with Table A of the FEI Rules (article 236).
Welfare of the horse is paramount.
All equines brought onto the grounds must have been vaccinated in accordance with law (equine flu and African Horse Sickness) and are healthy and disease free.
A horse maybe used to compete up to a maximum of two CLASSES per day
Riders may ride as many horses per day as they choose. Should any dispute arise in relation to the competition, the promoters / judges’ decision shall be final and no correspondence shall be entered into.
Prizes are not transferrable and / or negotiable.
Neither Riders Series Shows (owners included), nor its sponsors , its representatives and their employees accept any liability whatsoever for any loss or damage incurred while engaging in any activity during the Riders Series whilst on the grounds at 32 Mane Road, Sun Valley or while attending a hosted event. Right of admission is reserved.Prizes are not transferrable and / negotiable.Any information collected by Riders Series Shows will not be shared with any third party without the participants’ permission.
In order to qualify for the final held October 2019; a rider needs to have competed at a minimum of 4 legs of the series 2019
