A R20.00 levy per entry is payable if making a cash deposit

Wednesday, 5th of February (or earlier if show is full) . The onus is on
 you to confirm receipt of entry.

Ground levy fee is included.

!PLEASE ENTER EARLY! - Entries will be restricted on a first come, first served basis. Entries sent without proof of payment and vice a versa will be discarded, as will incomplete entry forms! Please confirm receipt of entries.

GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS- PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: Entries will be accepted on a "first come, first served" basis, no restrictions on number of horses per rider, maximum 200 entries per day. Please confirm by closing date that we have received your entry & payment advice. The organisers reserve the right to cancel and/or alter the program should they deem it necessary. Late or entries unaccompanied by the correct entry fee will not be accepted. Current FEI Show jumping rules apply to this show. Competitors are required to be correctly dressed.. Refunds - 80%will be made if show is cancelled. A R10.00 deduction per horse entered will be made on refunds if a cash deposit was made into our account to pay for entry fees.

1) ALL horses must be registered for graded jumping.

2) All current FEI showjumping rules apply.

4) Horses scratched before closing date: Entry fee refunded less 20% admin fee. No refund of entry fee for horses scratched after closing date.

5) Sun Hills Equestrian Club members qualify for a R10 discount per class.

7) As per FEI show jumping rules, no standing martingales allowed for Adults. Standing martingales will one be allowed for "Child riders, riding horses"

8) As per FEI show jumping rules, the 2 stop rule will be in effect.
