PLEASE KEEP ALL DOGS ON A HAND-HELD LEASH AT ALL TIMES. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL INCUR A R1000 SPOT FINE

NOTES:

1.         All SASJ, SAEF and FEI rules, where applicable, shall apply.

2.         The organisers reserve the right to cancel, combine, handicap and restrict classes.

3.         Telephonic, or emailed entries unaccompanied by the correct entry fees will NOT be accepted.

4.         All dogs must be on hand held leads

5.         Catering will be available.

All dogs must be on a lead otherwise a R1000 spot fine will be issued

Juniors and adults may under n circumstances warm up in the PR warm-up arena

All riders and horses must exit the arena when it is being raked or watered

Bought and Sold Entries will be allowed as long as the correct documentation is submitted within the correct time frames and the original rider has signed the form.

There will be no buying and selling of entries after Sunday 1 December 2019  Forms received thereafter will not be accepted.  

REFUNDS:                           No Refunds will be given after closing date of entries.  However due to inclement weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, should it necessitate cancelling the show, 80% of the entry fee will be refunded.Should you delete entries before closing date of entries you will be refunded less payfast levies

ENTRY PAYMENT:      All entries must be paid for online via payfast. Unpaid entries will be deleted  automatically after 23hours an

All dogs must be on Leashes and attached to a person at all times and no dogs may be locked in a car

Please note the restrictions on the pdf schedule,  should the arenas be oversubscribed these will be applied
