Jumping: Online entries done on www.sashowjumping.co.za & paid via payfast will be accepted. Entries may be accepted on the day if the arena isn’t full

ENTRY FEE:

All May Foxcroft classes: R200.00 per class (Entry fees incl. R64.98 KPC arena fee, R5.13 EDS levy, R23.65 Medical/Security Levy, R15 SASJ /18.75 SASA levy for all classes, (Incl. 14% VAT) R50 Officials Levy – no VAT)

Non KPC Members arena fee R150 per competitor

BOB CHARTER ARENA OPEN DAY TIMESLOTS: R200 per horse for KPC Members and R350 per horse for non KPC members. Timeslots are available from 9am to 4pm and will be 15 minutes per timeslot. Each timeslot will have 4 horses. To book a timeslot email shows@kyalamiparkclub.co.za with your POP and height.

Hard hat (Helmet) and Healed Boots.

REFUNDS:

No Refunds will be given after closing date of entries even if entries are accepted on the day. Should the show be cancelled due to inclement weather or entries cancelled before closing date, a 20% admin fee will be deducted from all refunded entry fees.

STABLING:

Stabling will be available at R200.00 per horse per night. Initial bedding will be provided.

PASSPORT INSPECTIONS:

BOUGHT ENTRIES:

Please make sure that all horses have their up to date passports with them, as random passport inspections and drug testing may take place.

Changes may be done provided all registrations are up to date.
