The programme and riding order will be available on the SASJ wesite during the week of the show. 

PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ARE ENTERED INTO THE CORRECT CLASSES EACH DAY.

NOMINATIONS MUST BE ENTERED ON THE SASJ ONLINE SYSTEM

Preference will be given to Open horses and riders.

Please make sure you receive an email confirmation of your entry. No confirmation means we have not recieved your entry. Please use your name and surname as the reference and send POP to waterwoodsshows@gmail.com. NO POP = NO ENTRY. All unpaid entries will be deleted to make space for new entries. 

Please note you will be liable for your entry fee if you have not deleted the entry before the close of entries.

• Full change of the original entry must be done at least 12 noon the day before the commencement of first day of the show. No full changes to an entry once the show starts. 

• Rider or Horse Substitutions must be done 30 minutes before the class starts. 

• Bought or sold entries must come through the show organisers. 

Should the show organisers have to cancel classes due to unforseen circunstances, the SHB is allowed to retain a % of the entry fee to cover admin costs

Dogs are allowed but must be on leads at all times.

A minimum of 60% net of entry fees, less levies and VAT for CSN classes, plus sponsorship and 40% less levies and VAT for Provincial classes. This excludes sponsorship money that will be independently allocated by the OC. All CSN Jumping classes will be subject to a 15% deduction from prizemoney to be paid into the SASJ Riders Fund.
