1. Interference with decisions of Judges, Stewards or Officials
   • Any person who attempts to interfere with or influence the Judges, Stewards or Officials, or who at any time uses any contemptuous or abusive language to any of the Officials may forfeit his/her rights to any prizes to which they might otherwise be entitled and may face other disciplinary actions.

Beverages and light meals will be available, please support.

Prize Money for Graded Classes only. 40% after deduction of levies, this will be shown on the programme.

1. Payments are due on the closing date, proof of payment  must be emailed to georgeridingclub@gmail.com by entry closing date, failing which the entry will not be processed but the payment will still be due.
2. NO refunds will be made in respect of cancellations and scratching after closing date of entries.
3. Please Note: the Organizing Committee reserves the rights to combine, vary, divide or cancel classes if insufficient entries are received.  .
4. Insofar as possible, the program and conditions relating thereto will be adhered to.  However, the Organizing Committee reserves the right to make alterations in the event of unfavorable weather conditions or any other unforeseen circumstances and should the show be cancelled for any reason only 80% of entry fees will be refunded.  Should the show be postponed, entries will be opened again, to allow riders to delete or add entries
5. SAEF, the DSA, SASJ, SASA & SAEQA& the GRC, the organizers and any officials appointed by these shall in no way be held responsible for any damage, loss, injury sustained by owners, competitors, members of the public or any other person or persons or their property at the George Riding Club for the duration of show. 
6. All competitors must be registered with the SAEF.
7. Incomplete entries and entries without proof of payment will be excluded.
8. The competitor undertakes NOT to bring any horse or person to the show that has an infectious disease, whether notifiable or not, or which horse the competitor could reasonably be expected to know has an infectious disease or may spread it.
9. The organizers reserve the right to fine, warn, suspend and/or eliminate offenders.  SAEF Rules regarding excessive use of whips will be enforced.
10. Any owner/instrictor/coach/parent or rider who attempts to interfere with or influence the Judges, Stewards or Officials, or who at any time uses any contemptuous or abusive language to any of the Judges, Stewards or Officials may forfeit his/her rights to any prizes to which they might otherwise be entitled and may face other disciplinary action.
11. NO DOGS ALLOWED.
12. HARD HATS to be worn at all times on GRC Grounds, when mounted.
13. Right of Admission to GRC Grounds is Reserved
