Programme will be posted on SASJ Website on the Wednesday before the show.  Stable list will be sent out on the Friday before the show.

Entry fee includes Show Levies and Officials' and Medical levy.  It does not include Temporary Membership for NON SDRC Members.

Entries limited to 160 per arena per day.

No Entries will be refunded after closing date.

Entries paid for after closing date will be seen as late entries and R450 additional fee will apply.

In the event that any SJ show at SDRC is postponed then riders will be notified. Entries will be opened again and riders will be able to enter or delete entries. If you delete an entry you will be refunded within a reasonable time and a small charge will be levied to cover admin and bank charges.
If for any reason a show is cancelled then riders will be notified and may elect to be refunded and 80% of the entry will be paid out within a reasonable time.
In either event riders may ask SDRC to keep a credit for use at future shows.

Entries close 5th August 2025.

Late  entries may be accepted if there is space and time.  Late Entry Fee will apply.

R200 Temporary Membership per horse rider combination will apply to non SDRC members.

40% of entry fees (less all levies) will be paid to all graded classses.

All current FEI, SAEF, SASJ and SDRC Rules apply.

Only Competition horses allowed at the show and must have valid passports with valid vaccinations up to date.  Any horse on the property that is not a competition horse, and permission has not been granted may be fined up to R5000 .

We will allow time between classes for raking and rolling arenas if deemed necessary

SDRC reserves the right to move, combine or split classes should it be deemed necessary

PONY RIDER CLASSES WILL ONLY BE RUN IF SUFFICIENT ENTRIES

Neither SAEF, SDRC, SASJ, the relevant Affiliated Body, nor any of their officials will be held responsible for accidents, injury, damage, loss or illness to horses or to any personal property arising from any cause whatsoever at this show

All dogs to be under control at all times please

Stabling to out of towners will receive preference
