No confirmation means that we have not recieved an entry

Entries unpaid after close of entries will be discarded

PLEASE NOTE NEW RULE ON BOUGHT ENTRIES - Full charge of the original entry must be done by at least 12 noon the day before the commencement of first class of each day.  Thereafter only if scratching available to buy in class required.

Closing date of entry:  27 February 2023

All entry fees MUST be paid on or before closing date of entry.  

If you have entered and are no longer able to attend, it is your responsibility to delete your entry BEFORE closing date, if you dont, you will still have to pay the entry fee.

Mistico DOES NOT refund entries after closing date, even if you have a DR or Vet certificate.

You may "sell" your entry if you are unable to attend and if it is done before the program and prize money have been published, it can be for a different calss.  Selling of entries must be done through the show organiser and NOT just advertised on facebook

R160.00 temporary membership fee

40% of entry fees less all levies.  Levies as per latest SASJ directive. As well as sponsored prizes

 Rosettes only for recreational classes

Hard hats to be worn at all times on Mistico grounds when mounted

Competition stallions remain the responsibility of the owner and rider at all times and they are expected to have public liability against loss, injury or damage that might be caused by the stallion.  A stallion should remain under the control of the responsible person at all times.

No dogs are allowed at this venue.  A fine of R1000.00 may be imposed if this rule is not adhered to.

Stabling is available at R200 for the show.  Please stipulate on entry form
