Entry Message
All riders need to be registered with SAEF, and a recognized club. Horses and ponies need to be registered in their respective correct grades with SASJ.
Entry Close Message
LATE ENTRIES R50 per class penalty.
Ground Levy Message
Entries will be on a first come first serve base. Maximum 100 entries for the day. The organizers reserve the right to cancel, change, or alter program should it be necessary.
All current FEI, SASJ AND SASJ RULES AND REGULATIONS WILLL APPLY. Competitors are required to be dressed correctly. Neither OLE STABLES, SASJ, SAEF or its officials shall be held responsible for any theft, damage or loss or any injury sustained by horses, riders, officials or public at the show.
REFUNDS: 80% will be made if show is cancelled only. If entries not cancelled within 48hrs without good reason prior to show NO refund due to ongoing costs.
Riders may sell entries if they wish to do so.
