GENERAL REGULATIONS:
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
- 1. All jumping competitions will be conducted under SASJ rules & FEI sj rules.
- 2. Substitutions must be made on the form provided and given to the organising committee 30 minutes before the start of the event in question, only the horse OR rider may be substituted.
- 3. Right of admission for any retailers is reserved. Bookings must be made before the show.
- 4 No person OR company may conduct, promote, hand out, receive items OR payment that may constitute doing any form of business during Maple Ridge shows
- 5 Entries will not be refunded if withdrawn after closing date of entries. If the show is cancelled for any reason you may receive a 80% Refund.If a rider wants to cancel the entry before closing date - There will be a R50.00 admin fee deducted off the amount.
- 6 The onus is on the competitor to check the program when it is published on the web (THURS lunchtime) and to ensure that their email address is updated with the organising committee

Neither MAPLE RIDGE EQUESTRIAN FARM, SASJ , SAEF, FEI, nor their representatives will be responsible for any loss, damage, theft or injury sustained by horses, riders, appointed officials, the public or their property whatsoever.
Refunds: No refund of entry fees after closing date- 80% of the entry fee will be refunded if the show is cancelled due to bad weather – these entries shall not be carried forward to another show. A R10.00 deduction per horse entered will be made on refunds if a cash deposit was made into our account to pay for entry fees.
